April Newsletter— Forgiveness is the Master Key!

Forgiveness is a topic near and dear to my heart. It is something we have to do every single day. There is a lot of hurt and misfortune in the world. Everyone is under the impression that they have to trample someone else down to achieve their goal. It's a rat race, and most people imagine themselves as dirty sewer rats running the race of life! In the craziness of this race, many people get hurt and offended. Unfortunately, very few people notice that we are not rats but humans, and the message given to us was good will to all men! We lose track of the truth and get entangled in the web of popular culture and prevailing societal norms. I believe in redemption, and that is why Good Friday represents that new start available for everyone to embrace. It's a free gift that was paid for with innocent blood.
An important reason why we forgive is to let go of something that is ugly in our life. We are not excusing the perpetrators but merely releasing them into God’s hand. This gift of forgiveness was never meant to subject ourselves to abuse and trampling over and over again. It means we walk away from the situation, releasing the person into God’s hand. Everyone has a precious destiny to live out. Let us all walk into our liberty and release the past!
This Month in the Kitchen, we will make tapioca pudding with coconut milk. I will also discuss the reason why we should pay attention to pain in our bodies. In our Ingredient Section, we will elaborate on the Kaffir Lime. As always, I wish you keep your health and nutrition in center focus and live long and strong!
