November Newsletter—Thanksgiving for Every Life!
The season is here, and we are in the month of Thanksgiving. It is time once again to remember, as we should every day, the wonderful blessings that life has brought us, the best of which are relationships with your close loved ones. Life is complicated, and sometimes there are very difficult relationships that seem to sting like a thorn on the side. Unfortunately, these are not rare, but every person has a relationship with someone that really upsets them. If you have done all you can to build a relationship and this has yielded failed results, it is time to move on!
There is a time and season for everything, and it is time to renounce the old and cherish what the Lord has given you at present. If relationships coerce and manipulate you, they are not really worthy. It is time to protect your mental well-being and focus on the relationships that really matter. Everybody has an assignment in life, and if we keep looking back at failed relationships, your life will become a high-velocity crash! Remember to focus on what is good, acceptable, and worthy of praise, and stay focused on a positive outcome—for what you meditate on will become a reality in your life.
This Month in the Kitchen, we will be making Vegan Coconut Pandan Panna Cotta in our Recipe Section, and we will explore Tomatillos in our Health/Ingredient Spotlight. In our Monthly Why, we will discuss why social media can create more harm than benefits for your mental well-being. As always, I pray that you will keep your health in center focus and live long and strong!
