Ingredients:
Bean sprouts, 3 cups
Dry Roasted Peanuts, ½ cup—ground to course bits
Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
Chili powder, ½ teaspoon
Agave 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
2 cups of water
Salt to taste
Directions:
Wash the bean sprouts in a colander and pour 2 cups of boiled water on them until they wilt slightly. Set aside drained sprouts.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili powder, lemon juice, sesame oil, agave, and salt to taste. Whisk together in a bowl.
Dress the bean sprouts with this dressing and garnish with the peanut bits.
