The value of life—October Newsletter

October has started with a lot of turmoil and sadness—senseless killing and inhumane gestures from overseas have been spread across your TV screen. Where do we go from here? It's hard to say. When is it okay to brutally kill our brothers and sisters? Every life is precious, yet we saw bodies strewn across the ground. Humans have lost their humanity; they have lost what it means to be human. Let us rise above this status and embrace our humanity and every brother and sister, irrespective of their skin color, caste, creed, or religion. At the end of the day, we are all humans; we breathe and bleed the same.
We are a world that has seen the likes of Mother Theresa, Mahatma Gandhi, and Nelson Mandela. Let us embrace the virtue and grace embodied by these great individuals. Why live like aliens to humanity when you can live with the virtue that our Creator has bestowed upon you? This is what sets you apart from the rest of creation.
Let us sow love where there is hatred and transform this world for the better. Life would mean nothing if there was no love and no lasting relationships. Let us embrace the courtesy and love that are ingrained within us and change the world.
This Month in the Kitchen, we will look at Stevia as a Health Spotlight, and we will also delve into why an excess of refined carbohydrates can be bad for you. In our Recipe section, we will look at a refreshing Bean sprout salad. As always, I wish you keep your health in center focus and live long and strong!
