Triple Spice Cinnamon Milk Tea

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of low fat Milk

  2. 2-3 cups of Water

  3. 4-5 Cloves

  4. 1 large Cinnamon stick

  5. 4-5 pods of Cardamom

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons of Organic Stevia


Utensils :

A Ceramic Tea pot with lid

Directions:

  • Fill the tea pot with water.

  • Add the Cloves, Cinnamon stick, and Cardamon pods.

  • Add the Stevia and Milk.

  • Microwave for about 6-7 minutes.

  • After this, allow to steep for 10 minutes.

  • Serve with a stick of Cinnamon.


Optional ingredients:

A 1 inch thick slice of fresh Ginger can be added prior to heating. Almond milk or soy milk can be used instead of milk, in the presence of lactose allergy or intolerance.
