Sprouted moong dal salad
Ingredients::
2 cups of organic moong dal—soaked overnight, then wrapped in moist cheese cloth and allowed to spout for 2 days in a dry area with sun exposure
1 teaspoon dry organic red chili flakes
½ teaspoon organic black mustard seeds
1 teaspoon organic olive oil
¼ teaspoon organic turmeric powder
1 cup organic snap peas—washed and ready to use
Salt to taste
Directions:
On a large flat griddle, add the oil, mustard seeds, and red chili flakes and sauté with the snap peas.
Add the sprouted moong dhal, turmeric, and salt, and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm
